Service Delivery
All Workshops, Presentations, Reflective Practice Facilitation, Mental Health Consultation and Training can be offered virtually or in person (depending on location)
We also offer most of our clinical services to whānau via video link if outside our area. We have worked with families in remote areas of New Zealand, and overseas (Japan, USA) via video link - so location is not a problem.

Standard Rates range from $140 - $175 per session*

Individualised funding (IF) - through Needs Assessment and Service Coordination (NASC) if your child has a physical, intellectual and/or sensory impairment or disability for a minimum of 6 months and reduces their ability to function independently, to the extent that ongoing support is required. In addition, a person with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) may also be eligible for a need’s assessment.
The Needs Assessment identifies your child’s needs and how much support would be required to meet the disability related goals. You can choose to allocate some of your budget towards therapy, so long as it is meeting your disability related needs and goals.
Employment Support Fund
Small Business owners may be eligible for services through https://firststeps.clearhead.org.nz/
Health Insurance may cover costs.
Your GP and other health and support agencies may be aware of other funding sources to help with costs.

Confidentiality & Safeguarding Children
We respect your confidentiality.
As health professionals, we are bound to keep you and your pēpi safe. This means we may have to speak with other professionals to support you to do this. We endeavour to involve you in all discussions with other professionals or agencies, however, safety is first and foremost.
We will discuss the constrains of confidentiality (in line with our policy & procedure) with you when we gain your consent.
