Anytime
Rarely do whānau come to us with clearly defined concerns.
Often what brings you to our service is a sense that “something is not right.”
We see you, as the experts where your child is concerned.
We listen and work with you to try to understand and to think about what might be helpful.
What you have told us . .
“Thank you for the support and guidance you have given us as we try to better understand and connect with our beautiful daughter”
“Let the world hear your voice for what you’ve done…. We are your evidence that your work helps children, primary caregivers and even the next generation”
“Thank you so much for all your help ❤️ … you have been a great support and I’m very grateful.”
“What we have found really valuable is the regular weekly contact provided by Heidi and Sarah. The support we get from the public service is intermittent.”
“I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have a nurturing quality that has touched me. You have helped me so much. Given me the strength and courage to be a mum.”
“To have this assistance ongoing for our son is extremely valuable to us, and we hope to continue to have this support as he grows, to help him become a contributing member of our community.”
Confidentiality & Safeguarding Children
We respect your confidentiality.
As health professionals, we are bound to keep you and your pēpi/tamariki safe. This means we may have to speak with other professionals to support you to do this. We endeavour to involve you in all discussions with other professionals or agencies, however, safety is first and foremost.
We will discuss the constrains of confidentiality (in line with our policy & procedure) with you when we gain your consent.
